摘要：The invention relates to a method for applying an electrical insulation to aferromagnetic body of a main element of an electrical machine, particularly to a slottedarmature body of an armature of a DC motor, said ferromagnetic body being providedwith axial slots for accommodating an electrical winding, during which the body is coatedwith an electrostatically charged plastic powder. In order to improve the cost-efficiencyof the method with regard to low initial costs and high maintainability while ensuring areliable slot insulation, the coating with a large layer thickness is carried out by directpowder spraying onto the grounded body.
