摘要：The invention relates to a method and a device for grinding moist material in avertical roller mill and is in particular suitable for the cement industry and the grinding ofmoist cement raw material and cement clinker and moist additional materials. In order toprevent adverse reactions between moist materials, or between moist and dry materials,in particular in the production of cement mixtures, and in order to achieve an optimizationof the grinding and sifting process, an improved energy efficiency and the maintenance ofthe desired product quality and mill throughput, a predrying of the moist material isprovided in a predrying device integrated into the roller mill. The predried materialpasses via the reject circuit and the sifter, where the fine material is separated, for thefirst time into the grinding chamber and is supplied to the grinding stage. Direct-currenttubular dryers are preferably incorporated as integrated predrying devices into thevertical roller mill and extend from at least one charging device in the upper mill regionup to virtually an annular gas outlet opening for a hot gas stream, said gas outletopening surrounding the grinding bowl.
