Adhesive Lined Heat Shrink Tube for Condenser
Adhesive Lined Heat Shrink Tube, with a temperature resistant polyamide adhesive inner lining. After heat shrink, the adhesive can be used for Connector Insulation, Protection & Sealing.
Here is a story about the application for Aluminum Condenser.
We have a customer in Denmark who focuses on Aluminum Condenser for almost 17 years. They produce Micro channel condenser coils in Aluminum, used in air condition units. And on the connections of the coil, they braze a copper tube.
In order to protect the aluminum/copper connection from the environment, they cover it with heat shrink.
The connection is crooked, normal heat shrink tube can’t sealing it very well.
Even with DSG DERAY-IHKT, also an adhesive lined heat shrink tube. The adhesive can only stick the straight part. After several days, the heat shrink tube will drop.
