摘要：Disclosed is a hermetically enclosed refrigerant compressor comprising ahermetically tight compressor housing () inside which a piston-cylinder unit compressingrefrigerant operates with an intake valve that is provided with an intake port () located ina valve plate () of the piston-cylinder unit. A suction muffler () which encompasses a
certain filling volume () and via which refrigerant flows to the intake valve of the piston-cylinder unit is provided on the cylinder head () of the piston-cylinder unit. The inlet ofsaid suction muffler () has a cross section () via which refrigerant flows into the suctionmuffler () while a compensating volume () is provided inside which refrigerant oscillatesand which is connected to the suction muffler () and the interior of the compressorhousing (). The cross section () of the inlet also acts as the connecting port () between thecompensating volume () and the filling volume (). The compensating volume () is formedby an outer tube () which tightly surrounds the intake port () or cross section () of theinlet while surrounding at least one section of the refrigerant suction pipe () that isconnected to the evaporator of the refrigerant compressor and extends into the interiorof the compressor housing (). Said outer tube () is directed into the compressor housing().
