人人都说英语学习难,枯燥,除了单词、短语、句子,就是语法.英美原声歌曲赏析课的开设可以弥补常规英语课的这些缺点, 根据学生的特长、兴趣来选择上课的内容,让学生在听英文歌曲及看经典英文电影来激发学生英语学习的积极性,丰富学生的学习生活,促进学生的健康成长.听歌学英语.

中学英语校本课程开发的一个首要任务就是要满足学生的实际发展需要。现有的中学英语教材更多地考虑的是学生的统一的、共同的基本素质要求,而我们则应越来越多的关注孩子在学习中的个性发展。多年来我校的英语教学一直处于领先位置。如何进一步提高学生的英语水平,拓展学生的词汇量,增强学生自我学习的能力,成为我们面临的新课题。

我们希望通过对校本课程的开发,使本校的英语课程能适应学生的学习兴趣与需要、学校的环境与特色、家长对子女教育的期望以及地区的特色和资源,实现学校与学生的共同进步。

要想让学生带着强烈的求知欲、浓厚的兴趣、高昂的积极性、饱满的热情参与学习,必须调动学生的积极性,启发学生的思维,使他们主动地获取知识。把英语教学中视、听、说几个环节紧密融汇在一起,通过学唱英文歌曲,营造了足以使学生们理解、接受所要教授内容的环境, 活泼、热闹的动画场面,丰富、有趣的儿童故事,圆润、动听的美式原声演唱,对学生有绝对的吸引力。让学生在歌唱中学习英语,激励孩子学习英语的积极性;在学习中开发学生们的智力,培养学生的语感及学习情趣。从而使学生们在观赏精彩的同时,在妙趣横生的情节中,轻松自然的学会日常英语会话,培养“语感”,提高和改进孩子的语音和语调. 三、英语校本课程目标:

通过形式多样的英语学习活动,可以提高学生的听说等语用能力,并从中了解一些西方的文化习俗.

1、为营造良好的英语氛围,通过在课上收看一些英美经典歌曲的视频,让学生在看动画时耳濡目染,感受英语歌曲的美妙,使枯燥的学习成为快乐的享受。

2、激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生良好的语音、语调、语感。

3、通过听、说、读、写、唱、演、等多种形式的学习活动,培养学生综合语言应用能力,提高英语综合素质。 4、加强学习策略的培养,提高学生自主学习的能力。5、激发学生热爱生活的美好情感。 在丰富多彩的活动中学会运用英语:

(1)、根据在英文歌曲视频中学到的单词和句子,分小组编排对话表演。 (2)、学唱片中的英语歌,加上活泼有趣的动作。 (3)、把片中的歌谣重新编排进行学习和表演。

(4)、比一比、唱一唱你最喜欢的英文歌曲。与每月一次的英语活动联系起来,进行成果展示。如英语歌曲比赛、英语短剧比赛、英语童谣大家说等等。评出班级的“英语小能手”。 四、课程实施 1.实施方法:

①朗读 ②复述 ③讲故事 ④表演 ⑤师生谈话 ⑥模拟训练 ⑦社会实践每学期安排10课时左右的教学内容,利用每周的一节校本课开展教学活动。在课上将“互动教学法”、“母语教学法”、“肢体语言教学法”、“自然拼音法”、 “情景教学法”、“比赛竞争教学法”融入其中,充分利用英文歌曲的资源和优势,把英语教学中的视、听、说、唱紧密结合,循序渐进的培养孩子的英语感知和运用能力。 2.实施形式:

①集体训练、实践。就是本组成员共同参与某一训练,座位可以排成圆形、扇形等多种形式,实施时则一起行动。 ②分组训练、实践。把学生分成若干组参加训练、实践。这种方法在实践训练中比较实用,便于学生化整为零进行训练。 ③教师设计、组织、主持。基于对课程的认识、设想、开发等到原因,校本课程的设计应以教师为主,当然设计应尽力从学生的生活经验延伸、拓展。

④学生设计、组织、主持。校本课程是为学生发展开发的,学生对设计教学内容、步骤有较浓的兴趣,教师提供一定和

目录、内容,让学生选出擅长或感兴趣的项目设计活动、情景,给予学生充分参与课程设计的权利,调动学生积极性。采取哪一种形式或哪几种形式,没有固定的程式,应根据具体的环境、场合、学生实际而定。不可拘泥于形式,形式应服从于内容、任务,服务于学生发展。 五、课程评价 课程要求

1、内容能够引起学生的学习兴趣

2、形式上要有利于激发学生的参与热情 3、注重知识、能力、态度之间的联系

4、从谚语渗透及西方文化 5、学习、训练的过程应成为学生社交能力发展的过程 英语学习注重应用交流能力。校本课程应注重实效,强调过程,注重评估。关注学生每堂课的参与度、记录学生的每一次提高、评价学生的每一份收获,才能更好地激励学生的发展。为了使孩子摆脱考试压力,积极参与发言,我们不采用考试的方式,而是让学生相互记录,参加活动次数和态度等。记载、评估的工作主要由小组成员共同完成,组长负责,教师监督、指导,并按期向家长通报. 课程评价: 1、评价内容

①学生参与社交口语训练或实践的态度 ②学生运用社交口语的态度,熟练程度 ③学生对西方文化的熟知程度 2、 评价形式

①学生自评:学生自我对照参加本课程以来的变化,自己对自己的评价。内容包括:说话的胆量,说话的声音,仪态等。 ②教师评价:教师根据学生在学习中的表现、训练实践的态度(投入程度),运用技巧的能力,给学生适当的评价。教师可以用档案袋、成绩册、记分等方式对每位学生的表现简单记录,作为评价依据。

③学校评价:可以是学校了解本课程情况的方式,也可以是学生在学校某些活动中特长得以发挥,得到学校的认可、肯定。

④学生他评:学生根据被评价者口语能力的变化,给予认为合适的评价。 课程评价方法

建立参与与互动、课内与课外、自评与他评相结合的多元化评价机制,采用观察法、活动法、学生自我评价法等方式评价学生参与课程实施的全过程,了解学生对知识的掌握和能力的达成度,以便检验和改进校本课程的目标。

第一课时:学唱歌曲《远航》Sailing

一、首先向学生说明教学要求,并学唱歌曲《远航》(Sailing)

《唱响英语-----英美原声歌曲赏析》采用多媒体学习模式,以动为主,动静结合,内容编排循序渐进、科学合理。学生生活息息相关的主题组成了精美的学习课程,每课妙趣横生的卡通形象、丝丝入扣的故事情节,20多首优美的歌曲,精选的词汇、句型在不同的画面中反复出现,夸张自然的语音、语调,使学生在享受精美画面和原味美语的同时,自然主动甚至无意识的培养“语感”,加深对英语表达方式的理解,养成用英语表达的习惯。 二、介绍一下航行(Sailing)这首歌的背景知识

第二课时 Edelweiss 雪绒花

THANKSGIVING

Americans have been celebrating Thanksgiving in one way or another since the

1600s. However, this holiday wasn’t really celebrated in the modern way until the 10s. At that time, the leaders were searching for a holiday that could bring the people together as one nation, especially new immigrants from abroad. Some leaders tried to change the true history of the English settlers found friendship with the Indians who they met in the new land called America. They said that the settlers and the Indians were like brothers and sisters . These leaders also described the first Thanksgiving meal as one cooked by the settlers for their guests, the Indians. So it seemed that the settlers and the Indians lived happily together.

Sadly, some of what Americans were told was really just a myth. Soon after the first Thanksgiving, the Indians began to have problems with the settlers. Some of the settlers had a strong belief in God, wanted to teach their religion to the Indians. Most of the Indians, however, weren’t interested in it. About twenty years after the first settlers arrived in New England, fighting often broke out between the settlers and the Indians. The settlers took most of the land from the people they had once called their friends. Many of the Indians who were still alive ran away to live with French settlers in Canada. Some were not so lucky. They were sold as slaves in the south of the country.

However, the story is not all sad. In fact, the first Thanksgiving was a time of celebration. William Bradford, one of the leaders of the settlers, invited an Indians named Squanto and his family to dinner. These Indians had helped the settlers to become better farmers. The Indians leader, his family and many others were also invited. Everyone gave thanks for a successful harvest and ate a great feast for three days. Today, Thanksgiving lasts only one day but American families still get together every autumn to give thanks and have a big meal with friends and neighbors..创设任务:

In his junior year, Gates left Harvard University to devote his energies to Microsoft, a company he had begun in 1975 with his childhood friend Paul Allen. Guided by a belief that the computer would be a valuable tool on every office desktop and in every home, they began developing software for personal computers. Gates' foresight and his vision for personal computing have been central to the success of Microsoft and the software industry.

Under Gates' leadership, Microsoft's mission has been to continually advance and improve software technology, and to make it easier, more cost-effective and more enjoyable for people to use computers. The company is committed to a long-term view, reflected in its investment of approximately $6.2 billion on research and development in the 2005 fiscal year.

The boy who would become Jackie Chan was born name Chan Kong-sang in Hong Kong. Compared to many (as a result of China’s Communist revolution), the

Deciding he had too much free time on his hands, Chan’s father enrolled the boy in The boy who would become Jackie Chan was born April 7, 1954 with the name Chan Kong-sang in Hong Kong. Compared to many other mainland refugees (as a result of China’s Communist revolution), the Chan family had it fairly easy. Chan would spend the next ten years of his life at the academy, taking the name Yuen Lo – all of the students took the surname “Yuen.” Chan would awake at the crack of dawn and train until dusk under the guise of the tough Master Yu Jim-yuen, who would dish out severe punishment just as soon (or even quicker) as he would praise. Chan also faced hardships from his “big brothers” (older students). The toughest of these students, Yuen Lung, would come to work with Chan on some of his most notable films – under the name Sammo Hung. Several other notable Hong Kong stars came out of the academy, including the last of the “three brothers” Yuen Biao.
