摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain a seaweed mineral having hypertension-preventing effectwith excellent solubility and without causing white-muddiness in water by condensing ordrying the water extract of a specific kelp ash. CONSTITUTION:Seaweed containing 3-15%water such as 'wakame', kelp weed or root kelp is burned at 400-600 deg.C for 2-6hr toobtain a kelp ash having >=30 Hunter whiteness. Next, 1 pt.wt. said kelp ash is extractedwith 4-20 pts.wt. water of pH 5-14 at 10-14 deg.C for 1-24hr and the resultant waterextract is filtered the solid component is separated, then condensed or dried to affordthe objective seaweed mineral.
