摘要：The invention relates to an explosive fragmentation type projectile stabilized bygyration, carrying a tubular case and provided with an instantaneous percussion head fuseand a tracer.
The base of the projectile comprises a thick heavy and projecting central part, havingat its rear end means of attaching a tracer, and an annular part of connecting the centralpart of the base to the cylindrical wall of the projectile having a thickness whichdiminishes in the direction of the central part.
This annular part of the base extends towards the rear of the projectile, andcomprises at least one zone of diminished strength.
