to thereby close a lower portion of the sleeve, wherein the oil passes through thecirculation hole and is then supplemented between the thrust plate and the base cover inorder to suppress bubblegeneration due to leakage of the oil filled between the thrustplate and the base cover at the time of rotation of the shaft.
