摘要：The invention relates to a disposable capsule (100) for machines for preparingbeverages, said capsule (100) comprising: i) a hollow, cup-shaped body (110) adapted toreceive a measured dose of a syrup, a liquid or a powder concentrate, said hollow body(110) comprising a bottom (111) wherein a through opening (114) is formed and aperipheral wall (112) on whose peripheral edge a flange (113) is formed; ii) a cover (120)tightly fixed on said flange (113); iii) a film (130) applied on said bottom (111) inside thehollow body (110) so as to seal said through opening (114); iv) an insert (200) housed insaid hollow body (110), said insert comprising a disc-shaped portion (210) and a stem(220) which stretches out axially from the top of said disc-shaped portion (210), whereinthe insert (200) comprises perforation means (213, 225) and is axially movable between apackaging position, wherein the stem (220) presses against the cover (120) deforming itoutwards, and an opening position, wherein the stem (220) is advanced axially towards thefilm (130) and pierces it by way of said perforation means (213, 225), and wherein the stem(220) comprises an axial through cavity (222) which defines a channel for the dispensing ofa beverage, said through cavity (222) comprising an inlet (223) formed at an end of thestem (220) located close to the cover (120) of the capsule (100) and an outlet (224)
formed at the opposite end of the stem (220) and facing the film (130).
