摘要：Fluid treatment element comprises (a) a housing having fluid supplied to aninlet, an outlet for the treated fluid and an element which incorporates porous semi-
permeable membranes around a hollow chamber (2) whose open end is directed towardsthe outlet; (b) a continual passage is formed by the element, between the inlet and theoutlet ; (c) a primary current formed from the fluid under treatment (4) flows around theelement, a part of this primary flow forms a secondary flow (5) through the porousmembrane wall which then collects in the hollow chamber (2) and leaves the treatmentelement to again join the primary flow (4) within the housing.
