今天的课题，什么是爱？是个大问题吧？
The question is today what is love.Quite a qustion. 实际上 看到这个问题
As a matter of fact,when I stopped to look at it，
我就想问什么不是爱
I found myself asking what is not love.
因为一切都是爱

And our true nature is itself unconditional love. 实际上 你是一个人
In fact，you are a human being， 一个扮演人这个角色的存有
you are a being playing the human role. 这个在你内的存有 是灵性的
And the being part is the spiritual part， 是真实的 是永恒的
the true part，the lasting part in you. 不过我们早忘记了这一点 而执着于做人
But of corse we forget about it and indulge in the human.

而一直做人也让人难以忍受
And it becomes nothing but a chore. 你也许会问为什么我要做人
Then you might say why is the human necessary. 要做人就要依靠自已安排许多事情
The human experience after all it requires a lot of maintenance. 吃饭 睡觉
Feeding it.Sleeping it. 照顾这个身体就成了你的全职工作
Taking care of the body is a full-time job. 为什么要这么做呢 因为我们只有通过好好做人
why is it necessary?Because it is only through the human. 才能感受到我们内在存在的神圣本质 才能感受到这份无条件的爱

02 人生就是为了学会爱自己 在我们的人生当中 若在幼年时间
In our human experience，if we have been. 没有感受过爱
brought up without love in our initial years， 一到七年 或者更久 one to seven years or so. 那我们就会用对权力和控制的需求
We substitute our need for love through 来填补我们对爱的需求
the need for success for power and control 我们无法不表达这种冲动

But the greatest learning and the only real learing is 注意听哦 这一点很重要

is self compassion--learning to love you. 你是一个人 一个扮演人的存在

you will find that life is full of meaning. 做人无须感到痛苦

but a lesson that we are to learn.

that we make emotionally and we all do. 没“人”是完美的 Nobody is perfect. 所有人都在学习
We are learning all the time. 如何宽容地看待 自已是谁 自已是什么
to have compassion for who and what we are. 通过宽恕 我们学会爱是什么

只有成为爱 才能使我们回归喜乐的存有状态

And then，we discover our eternal nature. 人会死
Yes，the human dies，yes.
80岁 90岁 100多岁 肉体总有一天会消失
Eighty,ninety,hundred years of age,it passes away. 但是这个存有 永恒不灭
But the being part,the part that is alive, 这个觉察一切 经历一切的存有
the being that is conscious，the being that truly experiences. 永恒不灭
is alive forever.

其实 这个存在也从未“生”过 Actually，it was never born. 我们真正的家 永恒爱的居所
It is esernal and our true home which is uncondithional love. 便是我们真正所在之处 becomes where we go to. 这就是家 这就是天堂 Home.Heaven itself.
在家中 你是用永恒的生命去感受永恒的喜乐和永恒的爱 A life filled with a joy and love. 这种感受完全不能用语言解释 that can be explained with words.
04 你就是光，你就是爱

When I experienced my light experience. 经历“彼岸”体验
at the Vancouver General Hospital，
我感到一直被爱着 我终于明白 我过去完全不知道爱是什么 I felt loved like I've never known love in my life. 这种爱超过人间一切有限的爱
A thousand times more than human love. 我同时感受我一直在家中 我一直在那片光里
And also I felt so at home.I felt I belonged in that light. 虽说这种感觉并未持续太久
it only lasted a few moments but the truth is that 不过我终于明白 生命的意义究竟是什么
in those moments I became chear about what life is all about. 学习爱的本质 就是去理解 我们就是这片光

It is learning thit love because this light is who we are. 做人 就是去体验这一切
And it is truly human that we experience it directly, 体验所有的二元对立
experience all polarities, 体验所有好事与坏事
all things that we call bad or not bad. 这一切都是为了让你体验到
there is just what we need in order to 你就是爱 你就是慈悲 你就是一切
experience love and compassion for ourselves. 开始就是结束 一切起于你 也终结于你 And it starts with you and ends with you， 因为一切你所看到的 你所感受的 你所经历的 都是你
because whoever you see and feel and experience is also you.
