摘要:The invention relates to a process for immobilising a linear polymer, in
particular a polyion, which is soluble in a hydrophilic solvent, on a chemically inert supportmaterial, and to a coated matrix which can be prepared by this process which has anantimicrobial action and which can be used for, in particular, medical devices to beapplied, in particular, intracorporally (intracorporeally) and furthermore, in the form ofmicroporous membranes, can be used as filters for water treatment or, in the form ofsmall balls, as surface disinfectants. The process is distinguished by the fact that the twoterminal reactive groups of the linear polymer are reacted with an excess of analpha,omega-bifunctional compound, the resultant reaction product, dissolved in ahydrophilic solvent, is applied at least once to the support material and is then
crosslinked by means of a crosslinking agent dissolved in a hydrophobic solvent which isinert towards the crosslinking agent and the support material.
