摘要：Perfusion and preservation and/or reperfusion solutions for surgery and organtransplantation, including that of the heart, a feature of which solutions is the inclusion ofat least one antioxidant compound, such as a trapping agent for free oxygen radicals, inparticular glutathione in the reduced state or N-acetylcysteine, said solutions possessinga zero or greatly reduced partial pressure of oxygen which is maintained substantially atthis value up to the time of use. The solution is preferably presented in flexible bagsimpermeable to oxygen.
