解决问题的文章应包括提出问题，分析问题以及解决问题的一个完整流程。从而达到引起注意和重视，避免事件的发生和提供合理解决问题的办法。
写作要求：
1. 全面分析所提出的问题，对问题的严重性以及危害性要做详尽的说明。
2. 所提供的解决办法要切实可行。
3. 运用恰当的语气，使读者能乐意接受你的建议，切记语气强硬。
常用表达：
词汇类： noise， pollution， environmennt， waste， health， improve， be against， take measures， prevent， affect， consider， look forward to， not only … but also.
句型类： I think if …，it will surely….
Measures should be taken to prevent …from…
It is high time that…
The issue should be considered carefully.

1.水泥厂建在学校附近，所产生的噪音会影响学生上课。

A cement works is to be built near our school， all the teachers and students are strongly against it. The followings are the reasons：
On the one hand， there will be too much noise which will make us not to be able to concentrate on our lessons. On the other hand， there will be dust and waste water from the factory， they will surely affect our health. What’s more， if the factory is built here， the passing vehicles will bring insecurity to the students.
