摘要：The structure of the present invention enables a cover member 40 of a fueltank cap 10 to be readily attached to a casing body 20. The fuel tank cap 10 includes thecasing body 20 and the cover member 40 that is rotatable in one direction relative to thecasing body 20 via a ratchet mechanism 37 when a torque of or above a predeterminedlevel is applied to the cover member 40. The cover member 40 has fitting projections 45that are held by an outer ring member 35 of the casing body 20. The outer ring member35 has a plurality of slits 35a, which cause the outer ring member 35 to be elasticallydeformed when riding over the fitting projections 45, thereby facilitating theengagement of the fitting projections 45 with the outer ring member 35.
