B.1 SH/T3503－J201“地基验槽（坑）记录”。构筑物均应进行施工验槽，检查内容包括基坑位置、平面尺寸、持力层核查、基底绝对高程和相对标高、基坑土质及地下水位等，有桩支护或桩基的工程还应填写桩的检查状况。地基验槽检查记录应由建设/监理、勘察、设计和施工单位共同验收签认。“检验结论”栏原则上应由勘察单位人员填写。若勘察或设计等单位委托监理单位执行该工作，应有相关的书面委托文件。地基验槽未通过，需要进行地基处理，应由勘察单位人员提出、设计单位出具处理意见和做法。
