摘要：The invention relates to antibacterial compounds and their use to treatbacterial infections. More particularly, the invention relates to substituted biphenylcompounds having antibacterial activity. The invention provides methods for treatingbacterial infections using PBDEs that have not previously been used to treat bacterialinfections. The invention further provides novel PBDEs that are useful in such methods.
