摘要：Disclosed is a server apparatus that receives a stream containing at least a videosignal from a first one of two or more terminals that take part to form a group ofterminals, copies the received stream or packet in part or entirety thereof, and transmits
the so copied stream or packet to those terminals that are different from the firstterminal, includes a control packet generation/transmission unit which, in case otherterminal takes part anew in the group of terminals halfway during the time oftransmitting the copied stream or packet, transmits to the first terminal a commandwhich orders the first terminal to transmit a non-predictive frame.
