摘要：An insulating frame (4,5) for a roof window mounted in an inclined roofstructure of a building, comprising top, bottom and side members, each including an
insulating member (43,55,57), and a plurality of connector brackets (41 a,41 b,42). Theconnector brackets includes a first set of connector brackets and a second set ofconnector brackets. The first set of connector brackets is adapted for connecting theinsulating frame to the roof structure and extending over at least half of the length of atleast two frame members forming opposite sides of the insulating frame. The second setof connector brackets connects the side members to the top and bottom members ofthe insulating frame. The insulating frame may further comprise a compressible layer ormember (48) on its outer side and/or stiffening members (51).
