摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce noise and vibration, in a helicalteeth belt transmission device where a narrow helical teeth belt is used under a heavyload or at high speed rotation.SOLUTION: A helical teeth belt transmission device 1 has ahelical teeth belt 10 having a plurality of teeth parts 12 inclined to a belt width direction,a drive pulley, and a driven pulley. A belt width of the helical teeth belt 10 is within arange of 1-20 mm. A core wire 13 of the helical teeth belt 10 contains high-strength glassfiber and carbon fiber, and is a twisting cord with a diameter of 0.2-0.9 mm. A compressionratio of the teeth part 12 of the helical teeth belt 10 from pulley grooves of the drivepulley and the driven pulley is within a range of 0-5%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
