摘要：The present invention relates to a method for detection of DNA using acounter-dye composition containing two dyes of which electric charges are contrary toeach other, on polymer gels, and the counter-dye composition for detection of DNA onpolymer gels. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for detectionof DNA in a high sensitivity on polymer gels in a rapid, simple and safe manner,comprising the steps of staining the polymer gels with a counter-dye compositioncontaining a cationic dye and an anionic dye and then macroscopically observing the gelwithout radiation of ultraviolet ray, and the counter-dye composition for detection ofDNA on polymer gels.
