摘要：A business support system producing service information request data for anexternal processing system in a predetermined form in response to a request from aterminal and converting the form of the service information request data into a formatthat can be processed by the external processing system. The service information
provided from the external processing system in response to the service informationrequest data is converted into the predetermined format. The service informationconverted to the predetermined format is provided to the terminal originating therequest. According to the present invention, the most recent information processed byan existing external processing system is provided to a user terminal and information isexchanged between the user terminal and the external processing system.
