摘要：A method for preventing calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate scales inindustrial cooling waters which comprises treating such waters with a few parts permillion of a water-soluble acrylic acid copolymer which contains from 10-80 mole percentof 3-acrylamido-3-methyl butanoic acid, said polymer having a molecular weight withinthe range of 5-100,000.
