摘要：A voltage level detection circuit (1) with a threshold level which is dependent onthe manufacturing process. The circuit comprises a first current generator (4) whichgenerates a monitoring current (IM) derived from the voltage (VM) to be monitored. Thismonitoring current (IM) is compared with a reference current (Iref1). A switchablereference current (Iref2) provides for hysteresis. The first current generator (4)comprises an element, the resistance of which depends on the manufacturing process.
