摘要：The buffer circuit serves a buffer for a supply voltage (U) applied in-betweentwo potential nodes (1, 2) in an integrated circuit. A series circuit comprising at least twobuffer condensers (C1, C2), between which a third potential node (3) is arranged, ismounted between both potential nodes (1, 2). The third potential node (3) is connectedto an auxiliary circuit influencing the potential of the third potential node in such a waythat an upper and/or lower limiting value is not exceeded when a leakage current ispresent in one of the condensers (C1, C2). The buffer circuit has the advantage that itprevents the destruction of the other condenser when a defect occurs in one of thebuffer condensers (C1, C2).
