摘要：An oleaginous ointment wherein a pharmacologically active compound has animproved percutaneous absorbability and which comprises (a) 7-[3-(4-acetyl-3-methoxy-2-propylphenoxy)propoxy]-3,4-dihydro-8-propyl-2H-1-benzopyran-2-carboxylic acid,represented by formula (I), or a salt or ester thereof as the pharmacologically activecomponent, (b) an oleaginous ointment base, and (c) a percutaneous absorption
promoter, preferably a higher fatty acid ester and/or a surfactant which are/is liquid at 35°C. The percutaneous absorbability of the active component can be improved whileretaining high skin coverage and low skin irritation inherent in ordinary oleaginousointment bases, thus being suitable for treating inflammatory skin diseases, in particular,psoriasis.
