签样制度在印刷企业中是最常见的一种质量控制方法，一张签样张质量的好坏直接关系到整批产品的质量。产品质量的好坏直接影响到企业的效益和信誉。合格的签样样张无疑成了该批产品的质量标准，成为机台人员自检的参照物。三亚志成彩色印刷有限公司在严格贯彻ISO9002质量保证体系的同时，个性注重在各个工序开机前严格执行签样制度，对防止出现一些不必要的质量事故设起了一道屏幕，对公司整体产品质量的提高，起到了举足轻重的作用。我们的主要经验如下:

一、公司制定了产品分类及各类产品的签样制度

为了有效地进行生产和检验，我们对公司的产品进行了分类，分为Y级(优级品)、H级(合格品)、P级(普通品)三类(H级和P级列为一般产品)。

Y级:承印的各药厂的小盒、中盒、纸箱，彩色样本，彩色宣传页，手提出袋，彩色瓶贴等均属此类。此类产品为公司的重点产品，需要三级签样，车间主任为一级，质检部经理为二级、总经程师为三级。

H级:承印的各药厂说明书及社会印件中的四色印件等均属此类，执行二级签样，车间主任为一级，质检部经理为二级。

P级:社会印件中的胶印纸或铜版纸印件均属此类，需一级签样，质检部签样。

经营部和生产部以此类方法分别在施工命令单和生产工单上注明，指导各工序的生产和检验。公司在执行签样制度的过程中，对于首次印刷的第一批产品，不光是送打样产品给客户认可，还邀请客户亲自到车间签样确认，防止不必要的纠纷产生。

二、胶印车间是企业的龙头，应把好签样关

车间签样时应注意如下资料:

a.所用纸张型号、规格以及油墨的型号是否和生产工单相符。

b.规矩线是否齐全、套印是否准确。

c.墨量是否均匀、平状，若是网线版，网点是否丢失或瞎糊，网线的角度是否正确。

d.色相是否与样张一致，新调的专色墨务必先送质检部确认，同意后方可使用。

e.图案位置是否正确，是否在纸幅内，文字是否正确，有无掉版、漏字、错字、缺笔断划的现象。

f.及时测量签样样张的密度并记录，写出各色色序及专色墨的调配比例。

g.每批产品改版应仔细对照样稿，检查位置、图案是否正确，新版产品必须要用拼版图检查拼版是否正确。

h.自翻版产品要看反面是否划伤，咬口是否放反。

I.有模切压痕的产品要自行折页看、页码是否正确等。

签样稿一式两份，质检部、生产部各保留一份，分别放入专用的签样稿存放柜中。生产部签样稿作为下批印刷的样张，质检部的保留存档。
