With the fast pace of modern life, more and more people are living under great stress. Some people are afraid of stress. They think that the stresses and difficulties they meet deprive them of joy and happiness. Some people try their best to find a way to relieve their stress in order to live a healthy life. In my point of view, when we meet stresses, we should deal with them, and go traveling is the best way to reduce stress.
Firstly, when you leave the city you are so familiar with, and reach a place where you have never been to before, you will be full of curiosity. Without thinking of the regular work, you can enjoy the scene and the culture completely. If you like the ocean, you can go to some coast cities .Imagine that, Breathing the fresh air, and walking on the sand. To those who like mountains, you can go to some famous places, where you can enjoy the climbing.
Secondly, when you go traveling, you can gain a lot of experiences, which will make you happy. The quiet life of the countryside, the beautiful scenery of the landscape ,the traditional costumes of different places·all these things will make you forget the press you meet, and bring you a sense of happiness.
Finally, traveling can give you courage to overcome your presses and difficulties. During the process of traveling, you may meet some one who has more press than you, and you may see someone who lives badly than you, but they still living with courage. You will learn a lot from them.
All in all, we shouldn’t escape from stress but to face it as it is. What we can do is to adapt to the stress and to profit from it by find a best way to reduce it.
